NBC Releases SMASH's 'Bombshell' Cast Recording Today

NBC and Columbia Records announced that the soundtrack for Bombshell, the musical within NBC's Golden Globe-nominated series television hit 'SMASH' (Tuesdays, 10-11pm ET), will be released today, February 12.

Tonight is the premiere of Season 2 of NBC's Golden Globe-nominated musical drama series SMASH (Tuesdays, 10-11pm ET), and for those who want a little something extra, tune in for a live web postshow tomorrow, Wednesday at 10:30 with comedian Mike Kelton and the 3 newest cast members of SMASH- Jeremy Jordan, Andy Mientus and Krysta Rodriguez. During the show, the cast will recap the show and get some inside info on what the process has been like.

A new talent (Jeremy Jordan) is discovered in an unexpected place. Jack Davenport, Leslie Odom, Jr., Andy Mientus and Krysta Rodriguez also star. Below, get a first look at Newsie's star Jeremy Jordan on the new season of NBC's SMASH. In the two-hour premiere entitled 'On Broadway/The Fallout', Jordan's character, Brooklyn bartender/songwriter Jimmy, gives his partner Kyle (Andy Mientus) a hard time for allowing Karen (Katharine McPhee) to sing one of their songs without his permission. Despite Karen's attempts to explain her intentions, Jimmy remains distrustful.
