Directed by William Pullinsi, A CHRISTMAS MEMORY is a labor of love for its Broadway veteran team, written by Duane Poole, with music by Larry Grossman and lyrics by Carol Hall. Based on Capote's touching memoir of his own childhood, this wistful Southern Christmas tale is a tender portrait of a rare friendship across generations with a joyous score that will bring love and light to everyone's hearts this holiday season. It was Kree vs. Candice on last night's AMERICAN IDOL. The ladies had to step it up and perform for the largest crowd they've seen all year at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. In the end, it was Candice Glover who took the Season 12 crown during the May 16th live results show! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Glover cried as she sang 'I Am Beautiful' and confetti rained down on her onstage.
