?BAAD! The Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance proudly presents Los Nutcrackers: A Christmas Carajo, written by Charles Rice-Gonzalez and directed by Luis Caballero. This marks the first year that the award-winning director of Off-Broadway hits La Lupe: My life and My Destiny and DC-7 The Roberto Clemente Story steps in to helm the work. The play interweaves two holiday classics, The Nutcracker and A Christmas Carol, and creates a queer, Latino play about a gay couple who go on a psychedelic trip through their lives one Christmas Eve.  The play will be presented December 4, 5, 11, 12, 16, 18 and 19 at 8pm and  Saturday, December 12 at 3pm at BAAD!, 2474 Westchester Avenue in the Westchester Square section of the Bronx. Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal, the most critically acclaimed, award-winning supper club of its kind in the greater Los Angeles area, has set Sunday, December 14, 2014 as auditions for its 9th consecutive year of LA's Next Great Stage Star, it was announced today by Executive Producer Michael Sterling of Michael Sterling Publicity and Production in Los Angeles, CA.

Emmy nominated daytime actor and stage star Kyle Lowder will have audiences singing 'Go Go Go Joseph!' this holiday season when he brings his vocal talents and soap opera physique to The Media Theatre's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He'll portray the title role in Artistic Director Jesse Cline's production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's family musical November 20 to January 5.
