Continuing 82 years of continuous Community Theater, the Bergen County Players (BCP) presents Neil Simon's comedy, 45 Seconds from Broadway. Directed by Iris Weinhouse, 45 Seconds from Broadway will be performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell from October 25th - November 15th, 2014. Shows will be on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm (with the exception of October 31st) and Sundays at 2pm. It is a story of Gypo Nolan (Andrew Whitney), a brute of a man in need of food and shelter, who informs on a comrade wanted by the authorities. Nolan is hunted by Dan Gallagher (Robert Vazquez), the leader of the outlawed Revolutionary Organization, as he roams Dublin's pubs and brothels in search of shelter and solace. Directed by Samuel Harps, The Informer is a drama that explores political betrayal, retribution and salvation.

Bergen County Players continues its 'From Page to Stage' season with Christopher Sergel's adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning landmark American classic 'To Kill a Mockingbird' beginning Saturday, March 22nd and concluding Saturday, April 12th. This timeless tale of innocence and tolerance follows the journey of a young white girl whose father has been appointed to defend a black man framed for a crime he claims he did not commit. Performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell, the drama provides a poignant look at justice and the human spirit, as told through the eyes of a young girl learning the mysteries and realities of adulthood. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm ($20) and Sundays at 2:00 pm ($16). Syfy has named Robyn Lattaker-Johnson, Wayne Sampson and Colin Whelan as Vice Presidents, Alternative Programming, it was announced today by Tim Krubsack, SVP, Alternative Programming, to whom they will report. Also added to the programming department are Tori Socha and Andrew Whitney, who join as Directors, Alternative Programming.
