Andrew Rannells, Drew Carey & More Appear at 28th Annual AIDS Walk LA; Event Raises $2.9 Million

Today's 28th annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles saw a massive turnout, with 30,000 participants filling the streets of West Hollywood and Los Angeles. Celebrity supporters, elected officials, and notable AIDS activists addressed the crowd assembled in and around West Hollywood Park before the walkers set out on the route. The event also achieved strong fundraising results, which benefits AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) and 29 other important L.A. County AIDS service organizations.

On last night's episode of NBC's new comedy THE NEW NORMAL titled 'THE BIG O.M.G' Broadway's favorite funny lady Jackie Hoffman guest starred as 'Francis', David (Justin Bartha's) mother. In the episode, David is planning a family dinner to tell his mother about the baby, while Bryan (Andrew Rannells) comisserates with Goldie (Georgia King) about mother-in-law woes. NBC Picks Up THE NEW NORMAL, REVOLUTION & GO ON for Full Seasons

On the heels of winning its first premiere week in the A18-49 demographic in nine years, NBC has picked up three of its new fall series - the adventure-drama 'Revolution' and the comedies 'Go On' and 'The New Normal' -- for full-season commitments for the 2012-13 season, it was announced today by Jennifer Salke, President, NBC Entertainment.

At 9:30 p.m. ET, the debut of NBC's new comedy series THE NEW NORMAL (2.5/7 in 18-49, 7.0 in total viewers) topped the ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox slot competition in all key categories. In addition, the series premiere retained 74 percent of its 'Go On' lead-in in the all-important 18-49 demographic.

NBC will add a series preview of its new comedy THE NEW NORMAL tonight, September 10 (10-10:30 p.m. ET) following the season premiere of 'The Voice' (8-10 p.m. ET). 'The New Normal' will premiere in its regular day and time on the following night - Tuesday, September 11 (9:30-10 p.m. ET) - with a new episode.
