Welcome to THE FRIDAY SIX: Q&As With Your Favorite Broadway Stars. Want to know what hooked them to a career in the theater? Their dream roles? Their Broadway crushes? Read on!

In this week's edition, we caught up with Elle McLemore, who is starring as 'Eva' in Bring It On- currently in playing at the St. James Theatre!

What is the first Broadway show you ever saw?

MARY POPPINS. It was only about a year ago. It was my first time in NYC, and first chance ever to see a show on Broadway. I rushed to TKTS and was so excited! It was magical!

What is your most unique pre-show ritual?

We have a cheer call before every show where we rehearse our stunts. Here I get to warm up my awesome cheer skills, including a "basket toss." Nothing quite like being thrown 15 feet in the air to get those pre-show endorphins going!

What is your most memorable "the show must go on" moment?

It was during previews for BRING IT ON. My character's most profound prop in the show, a huge trophy, completely broke in half and fell on the stage. The whole cast has to stare at me silently in that scene, and I have no idea how they kept it together. Live theater…can't beat it!

What is the one role you want to play before you die?

The role I get to play right now, 'Eva,' is a dream come true and such a blessing. But if I had to pick another, I would say 'Peter Pan,' or any Disney princess.

Who is your Broadway crush?

Andrew Rannells. I have a HUGE crush on him. I saw him walking down the street a couple months ago and totally fan-girled out on him!!

Where can people stalk you online?

My twitter @ElleMcLemore. I'm also a dedicated Instagrammer!
