Following its successful Off-Broadway run at New York City's Theatre 80 in the Fall of 2014, LIBERTY: A MONUMENTAL NEW MUSICAL kicked off a crowdfunding campaign via Indiegogo for their cast recording. Early in 2015 the cast of LIBERTY and its writers went into the studio at John Kilgore Sound & Recording to make a cast album. BroadwayWorld was invited in for a sneak peek and to hear some of the recording as it happened.

Once again, White Plains Performing Arts Center has staged an inspired production.

Western Connecticut State University's Theatre Arts Department will Present William Shakespeare's 'THE TEMPEST' March 4th-14th. Directed by Sal Trapani, 'The Tempest' will be a unique blend of live music, dance, romance and comedy, appropriate for all ages. It stars WestConn students Josh Wagner, leading the cast as Prospero, along with Jes Almeida, Katie Hartman, Adam Schofield-Bodt, Sean Zachrison, Matt Bagley, Andrew Hendrick, Patrick White, and Jennifer Billingsley. It is Directed by Sal Trapani, Produced by Pamela McDaniel, Choreographed by Amy Jones, Costumed by Liz Popiel and Kim Poe,Lighting by J. Michael Deegan, Sound by Frank Beaudry and Technically directed by Frank Herbert.

A new musical based on Elise Primavera's New York Times Best-selling Book Auntie Claus is set to open at the Downtown Cabaret Theatre in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The show will open November 17 and play through December 30.
