The national tour of Green Day's AMERICAN IDIOT, the explosive Broadway hit, makes its Washington premiere tonight, February 18, and continues through the 23rd at National Theatre as part of the Broadway at the National subscription series.

Bitingly relevant and sprinkled with sass, Bring It On: The Musical, inspired by the Bring It On film, takes the audiences at Harris Center for the Arts on a high-flying journey filled with the complexities of friendship, jealousy, betrayal and forgiveness. Bring It On: The Musical tells the story of the challenges and unexpected bonds formed through the thrill of extreme competition.

Thrilling, exciting, one of the top feel good productions of the Kansas City theatrical season best describes Bring It On: The Musical, now playing at the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. The play inspired by Bring It On the movie opened on Tuesday February 11. The touring cast performs music by Tom Kit and Lin-Manuel Miranda, lyrics by Amanda Green and Lin-Manuel Miranda and libretto by Jeff Whitty.
