The 22ND ANNUAL BROADWAY FLEA MARKET & GRAND AUCTION was held this Sunday, September 21 from 10 AM - 7 PM in Shubert Alley (225 West 45th Street). Celebrities of theater and daytime television came out to show their support. As in previous years, Broadway and daytime fans had the opportunity to get their photo taken with various celebrities at the Celebrity Photo Booths. Two Celebrity Photo Booths were be in operation on Sunday

The series has just kicked off with sold out engagements from Becca Ayers (South Pacific),Donna Lynne Champlin (Sweeney Todd) and Luba Mason (Chicago). Lin-Manuel Miranda and the cast of In The Heights will welcomed 130 Fidelity FutureStage students from Brooklyn's JHS 383K, Phillippa Schuyler and HS for Enterprise, Business & Technology and Manhattan East School for the Arts & Academics (in East Harlem) to performance of the new hit musical In The Heights and to a post-show talk back immediately following the matinee performance. This weekend, March 22 and 23, the cast of Broadway's 'In The Heights' laid-down tracks for their Original Cast Recording session at The Legacy Recording Studios (509 W 38th Street).

In The Heights officially opened on Sunday, March 9, 2008 on Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theater. With music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, book by Quiara Alegría Hudes, and conceived by Lin-Manuel Miranda, In The Heights is directed by Thomas Kail and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler.
