Christine Ebersole won her second Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical, as well as virtually every Off-Broadway award, for her 'dual role of a lifetime' as Edith Beale and Little Edie Beale in Grey Gardens. The critically acclaimed musical was nominated for a total of ten Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and the CD recording was nominated for a Grammy Award. On August 20th and 21st she will make her Provincetown debut at The Art House, with Sirius/Radio star Seth Rudetsky at the piano. The announcement that a revival of FUNNY GIRL was in the works last season opened the floodgates of speculation as to who would be reprising the iconic role of 'Fanny Brice,' made famous by Barbra Streisand. While the theatrical community was buzzing about Idina Menzel, Lea Michele, Laura Benanti, Shoshana Bean, Ana Gasteyer and Leslie Kritzer - to name a few - the Center Theatre Group announced that it was conducting an online search for the show's star. Production officials have been mum on any leads.

Showtime is 8:30pm, with dinner and drink service beginning at 7pm.
