Join an all-star cast for a one night only celebration of new musicals! Musical Theatre Factory has just completed its inaugural summer season of developing new musical theatre and is hosting a concert at Joe's Pub to celebrate. FROM THE FACTORY FLOOR will feature songs from over fifteen new musicals and all proceeds from the event will benefit future development programs at MTF.

Musical Theatre Factory (MTF) will present a showcase of original songs by emerging musical theatre composer Nikko Benson, featuring Barrett Wilbert Weed (HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL, BARE), Jeremy Morse (BLOODSONG OF LOVE, THE DISAPPEARING MAN), Ally Bonino (Prospect Theater Company's MYTHS AND HYMNS), Amanda Savan (FANCY NANCY), Michael Linden (HAIR National Tour), and Shakina Nayfack (ONE WOMAN SHOW).

Following a sold-out premiere at Joe's Pub last December, Shakina made her 54 Below debut with ONE WOMAN SHOW: A Work In Progress on Feb. 20, recounting in song and story the exploits and misadventures that led to her gender transition. After multiple sold out shows in NY, musical pop songwriter Joey Contreras takes on L.A. for his West Coast concert debut on February 10th. Billed as Joey Contreras and Friends, the Rockwell: Table and Stage concert will feature songs from his ?rst album, Love Me, Love Me Not as well as offer a sneak peak of his upcoming record, Young Kind of Love. Audiences of all ages will be able to relate to the stories and adventures of Joey's emotionally-driven and musically infectious tunes.
