Variety reports that the CBS network and 20th Century Fox are currently in talks to renew the popular comedy series HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER for a ninth season. The discussion between the two is said to be in the 'preliminary stages.'

TEEN CHOICE 2012 will once again celebrate the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web in the choicest, star-studded two-hour event airing live Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Among the nominees are GLEE star Lea Michele and 'How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris.

On tonight's episode of the CBS comedy HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER entitled 'Good Crazy', when Lily and Marshall have a baby shower, Marshall starts to panic after realizing the baby is coming soon.

AMERICAN REUNION is coming to theaters on April 6th from Universal Pictures. The comedy is directed by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg and stars Alyson Hannigan, John Cho, Seann William Scott, Katrina Bowden, Mena Suvari, Tara Reid, Shannon Elizabeth, Jason Biggs and Chris Klein.

The Blank Theatre's Young Playwrights Festival is seeking submissions nationwide from playwrights 19 years of age and younger. The submission deadline is March 15, 2012. Winning plays will be presented by professional actors and directors from May 31 - June 24, 2012 at the Stella Adler Theatre in Hollywood, CA.

CBS's long running comedy HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER recently filmed its 150th episode entitled '46 Minutes'. The show will air on Monday, January 16th at 8:00 pm, ET/PT.
