CMA New Artist of the Year Jimmie Allen, four-time Grammy nominee Mickey Guyton and critically acclaimed songwriter, country recording artist and activist Orville Peck join the groundbreaking new music competition series, “My Kind of Country,” as scouts searching the globe to find talented artists and break the next big country star.

The new tour will kick off on October 15 in Greenville, SC, making stops in 43 U.S. cities including New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena before concluding in Seattle, WA on March 17.  Underwood will be joined on THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR by special guest Jimmie Allen on all dates. On Saturday, May 18, the Mala Waldron Quartet, a group of internationally acclaimed jazz virtuosos headed by jazz vocalist/pianist/composer Waldron accompanied by her top-flight backup group, will make a rare local appearance in Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT)'s Jazz Masters Series. Waldron, who recently completed a regional tour of the theatrical production Nina Simone: Four Women, will perform a sophisticated blend of soulful jazz together with Christopher Dean Sullivan on bass, Tani Tabbal on drums, and Allen Won on sax and flute at WCT's black box performance space, 23 Water St. in Ossining.

The International Emmy Award-winning, all male dance company BalletBoyz return to the stage this Autumn for the world premiere of their new show, Fourteen Days.

Fourteen Days premiered at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London on 10th October and runs through 14th October 2017. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

The International Emmy Award-winning, all-male dance company BalletBoyz are set to return to London's Sadler's Wells this autumn for the world premiere of their new show Fourteen Days before embarking on tour across the UK. The new work from the recent Rose d'Or winners has been created by four internationally celebrated choreographers, alongside four eminent and completely different composers, the new work comprises of four short pieces, and will run alongside their previously acclaimed Fallen. A coproduction with Sadler's Wells where BalletBoyz are an Associate Artist, and in association with artsdepot, Fourteen Days runs from 10th 14th October at Sadler's Wells with an Opening Night on Tuesday 10th October.

Producers Stacey Mindich and Jessica R. Jenen announced today the postponement of the Broadway revival ofBurn This, due to scheduling conflicts with the show's star.  The show is now aiming for its Broadway bow during the 2017-2018 season.  

Today, a casting notice seems to confirm much of this with Mayer confirmed as director and the production set for a limited Broadway run in early 2017. The notice reports that rehearsals will begin in January, previews in February followed by a March opening and a June closing. This would follow the timetable of similar short-run star-driven play projects.
