The world's largest solo theatre festival concluded its season with an awards ceremony held on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Theatre Row in New York City. It was the closing night for a ten-week season of solo theatre and the fifth anniversary of the festival, a resident company at Theatre Row.
Singing Les Feuilles Mortes/Autumn Leaves with Mitch Winehouse (Amy's dad) accompanied by Rick Bogart's New Orleans trio at Labane has also been a highlight of the New York trip. The Court Theatre's season of CALENDAR GIRLS has added an additional show to accomodate demand. With the remaining season of CALENDAR GIRLS rapidly selling out, a matinee performance of the the British comedy has been added at 2pm Saturday 14 April.

CALENDAR GIRLS is inspired by the true story of a Yorkshire branch of the Women's Institute who decide to use their annual calendar as a fundraising project to raise money for cancer by posing nude. The response - both to the calendar and the women themselves - was incredible: to date, the original "calendar girls" have raised over £2 million for Leukaemia Research.
