Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers and commentators for media covering New York theatre announced today its award winners for the 2014-15 season in 24 categories. Stuart Thompson and Tim Levy for NT America, producers of the acclaimed Broadway production of THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, have announced that a US National Tour of the popular play will launch in October 2016.

Broadway legend Joel Grey (CABARET, WICKED) and Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein (FINDING NEVERLAND) will be the honorees at this year's Fred and Adele Astaire Awards. The gala evening celebrates the 2015 season's outstanding dance and choreography on Broadway and film. The event will take place on June 1, 2015 at NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. The first major Broadway/Off-Broadway award nominees of the New York theater season, the organization is celebrating its 64th season of bestowing awards of excellence in the field of theater. The Outer Critics Circle is an association with members affiliated with more than ninety newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, Internet, and theatre publications in America and abroad.
