MITF: Raising the Curtain on a Brighter Future for the Arts in New York

The Rogue and Peasant Players to Stage HENRY V at Access Theater

THE ROGUE AND PEASANT PLAYERS (Malka Wallick, Artistic Director) is proud to present William Shakespeare's HENRY V. This raw and visceral production (directed by Kelly Monroe Johnston) will focus on language to evoke the imagination and story.  Performances begin on January 28 at the Access Theater (380 Broadway, New York, NY 10013).

Red Bull Theater to Continue 12th Season with Cyril Tourneur's THE ATHEIST'S TRAGEDY, 12/7

Red Bull Theater today announced that their Twelfth Season will continue with Cyril Tourneur's The Atheist's Tragedy, directed by Ben Prusiner, with live music by Alexander Sovronsky. The cast features Jeremy Bobb, Johnny Lee Davenport, Jacob Fishel, Ryan Garbayo, Philip Goodwin, Miriam A. Hyman, Whit Leyenberger, Kathryn Meisle, Bhavesh Patel, Raphael Nash Thompson,  Alexander Sovronsky,  Sam Tsoutsouvas, Alejandra Venancio, and Lisa Wolpe. Concrete Timbre Presents World Premiere of 4 WARS

CONCRETE TIMBRE is pleased to announce 4 Wars, composed by Whitney George, Manuela Lechler, and Ann Warren, with a text by Mark Farnen. 4 Wars is directed by Ann Warren, and choreographed by Michelle Stuckey. 4 Wars will play a limited engagement at the Theater for New City (155 First Avenue, NYC). Performances begin Sunday, September 13.

Spark Theater Presents MILL FIRE, Now thru 6/1

Spark Theater has announced the regional premiere of Sally Nemeth's 'Mill Fire' for the conclusion of its 2012-13 season. Production runs May 10th - June 1st, 2013.
