The title of the show, 'The Myth of Sisyphus,' can either been seen to be describing the greek myth of Sisyphus, who was doomed for all eternity to push a bolder up a hill every day, only for it to fall back down at night and for him to start again, or to describe the Albert Camus novel of the same name. Either way, it obviously relates to the fact that the entire storyline as of now is chasing a man who is, well, ground meat.
