Tickets for Cameron Mackintosh's new 25th anniversary production of Les Misérables are now on sale for the premiere Philadelphia engagement at the Academy of Music beginning Jan. 4 - 15. The Philadelphia engagement will mark the first official stop on the multi-city national tour. According to report by Whatsonstage.com, Gareth Gates will join the cast of the West End production of LES MISERABLES at the Queens Theatre. Gates will replace Alistair Brammer as Marius from October 18-November 20, and then January 31-June 18.

According to a report by Baz Bamigboye in UK Daily Mail, Alfie Boe is in talks with Cameron Mackintosh to reprise the role of Val Jean in the West End next year. When approached about the engagement, Boe replied, 'It's something that might well happen.'
