Madcap Musical Comedy MURDER FOR TWO to Play the Lyric's Plaza Theatre, 3/25-4/12

Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma presents MURDER FOR TWO, a zany murder mystery musical comedy inspired by Agatha Christie and the Marx Brothers in which everyone is a suspect. Running March 25 through April 12 at Lyric's Plaza Theatre and coming directly from its smash Off-Broadway run in New York, MURDER FOR TWO is a perfect blend of music, mayhem and murder in which two actors play 13 different roles -- and the piano.

The first pictures are released today for How to Hold Your Breath, a new play by Zinnie Harris. Directed by the Royal Court's Artistic Director Vicky Featherstone, the cast includes Christine Bottomley, Neil D'Souza, Peter Forbes, Maxine Peake, Siobhan McSweeney, Maxine Peake, Danusia Samaland Michael Shaeffer.

World Stage Premiere of THE SECRET ADVERSARY Opens 12 Feb at Watermill Theatre

Agatha Christie's 1922 thriller The Secret Adversary will receive its world stage premiere at The Watermill Theatre, Newbury on 12 February 2015 in a new adaptation by Sarah Punshon and Johann Hari. Introducing crime-fighting duo Tommy and Tuppence to the stage for the very first time, The Secret Adversary will play at The Watermill for 44 performances, prior to a six-week national tour through until 9 May.

Beautiful Soup Theater Welcomes Additional Cast Members for Steven Carl McCasland Festival of Plays

Additional casting has been announced for Beautiful Soup Theater's festival of plays by Steven Carl McCasland. Following critically acclaimed workshop presentations, McCasland's plays will return to NYC in a month-long festival celebrating the young playwright. Together with The Clarion Theatre, they'll present six plays beginning on May 6th, 2015, with a company of actors performing in repertory. All of the plays focus on historical figures, including Laurette Taylor, Billie Holiday, Tennessee Williams, Gertrude Stein, Lillian Hellman and more.

Peninsula Players Theatre will present a reading of 'Go Back for Murder' by Agatha Christie, a thrilling whodunit from the Queen of Crime, at Bjorklunden, 7p.m., Monday, Feb. 2. This play reading is produced with support from and in coordination with Door County Reads and its exploration of 'Ordinary Grace' by William Kent Krueger. Join the Players reading and travel back in time with Carla Le Marchant as she tries to prove her mother's innocence in her father's death. Admission is free.

David Suchet Talks Finding His Feminine Side in West End's IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST; Further Casting Announced!

As previously announced, David Suchet will star as 'Lady Bracknell' in Oscar Wilde's much loved and exhilarating masterpiece THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST. Directed by Adrian Noble, the new production will open in the West End on July 1, 2015, with previews from June 24. Suchet recently told the Daily Mail that Goeffrey Rush and Brian Bedford's portrayals of the iconic character led him to take the role, but that he wants to play the lady 'straight.'

Enduring Arizona Theatre Company's current production of Murder for Two is like watching two cute hamsters incessantly rolling on a wheel, keeping pace with its speed but going nowhere fast.
