Broadway at Birdland has announced the upcoming Mentor Monday with Tony Award-winner Lillias White, featuring composing team Lyons & Pakchar, on Monday, January 27 at 10 PM.

Lyons and Pakchar are a new contemporary writing duo blending Pop/R&B for the Theatre. Their debut album #LOVE, which explores the good, bad, and awkward roller coasters in human relationships, was recently recorded live in concert at The Cutting Room. On Monday, December 9, 2013, The Broadway Dreams Foundation held its third annual holiday gala, "Night of Dreams," at Celsius, a restaurant, bar and event space within the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park. At this one of a kind urban winter wonderland in of the heart of midtown Manhattan, Broadway's brightest stars and patrons of the arts joined together for a festive celebration of the country's premier musical theatre training program.

The Broadway Dreams Foundation will hold its third annual holiday gala, "Night of Dreams," at Celsius, a restaurant, bar and event space within the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park (5th Ave and 42nd Street) tonight, December 9, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. At this one of a kind urban winter wonderland in of the heart of midtown Manhattan, Broadway's brightest stars and patrons of the arts will join together for a festive celebration of the country's premier musical theatre training program. The evening will include festive cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and performances by Tituss Burgess, Morgan James, Ryann Redmond,Adrienne Warren, Joey Contreras along with current Broadway Dreams students from across the country.

Today Contemporary musical theatre songwriters Douglas Lyons and Ethan Pakchar have digitally released their debut album, '#Love (Live).

New composing team LYONS & PAKCHAR will digitally release their debut album #Love December 2nd! #Love ,an 11-song album that mixes pop, R&B and theatre, explores 'the good, bad and awkward roller coasters in human relationships. The two began collaborating while touring with 1st National Tour of The Book of Mormon. Douglas Lyons and actor onstage and Ethan Pakchar a guitarist in the orchestra.

On Wednesday, October 23rd , 2013, join The Trevor Project's Trevor NextGen in celebrating the fourth annual Fall Fete supporting the organization's life-saving work for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. Hundreds of young professionals are expected to attend this exciting event, which is presented by Teneo, at the Angel Orensanz Center (172 Norfolk Street) in New York City. On August 19th, emerging writing duo Lyons and Pakchar recorded their debut album # LOVE live at The Cutting Room. Last night, a slew of Broadway favorites took part in Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom, featuring music by up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash. BroadwayWorld was there for the sound check and you can check out highlights of the performers in rehearsal below!

Bring It On's Adrienne Warren and Ryann Redmond, Once's Laura Dreyfuss and recording artist Grace Weber will round out the lineup for Twenty-Somethings at The Highline Ballroom on Monday, August 12th at 8PM. The concert will feature up-and-coming songwriters Blake Pfeil, Zoe Sarnak and Drew Overcash performing new music that range from jazz to pop/rock to contemporary musical theatre.
