At the San Diego Comic-Con panel for “The Orville: New Horizons,” Emmy award-winning actor, writer, director, producer Seth MacFarlane announced that all three seasons of the Emmy-nominated, fan favorite sci-fi series “The Orville.' The epic space adventure series will also continue to stream on Hulu.

Just recently, I had the pleasure of interviewing editor Eric Litman about his newest series, The Hot Zone: Anthrax. Litman is best known for his work for Marvel on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as well as Black Sails, Magnum P.I., and Charmed. Currently Eric is an editor on Star Trek: Picard, a continuation of the series Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Two of Seth MacFarlane's fan-favorite series arrive on DVD this December from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. “Family Guy” Season Sixteen will be available on December 4, just in time for the series' 20th Anniversary in January, while the premiere season of “The Orville” will be available on December 11.
FOX is announcing premiere dates for THE ORVILLE (Dec. 30), GORDON RAMSAY'S 24 HOURS TO HELL AND BACK (Jan. 2), GOTHAM (Jan. 3) and PROVEN INNOCENT (Feb. 15), as well as the all-new COSMOS installment, COSMOS: POSSIBLE WORLDS (March 3). As previously announced, new celebrity singing competition THE MASKED SINGER will premiere Jan. 2, new epic thriller THE PASSAGE will premiere Jan. 14 and all-new live musical event RENT will air Jan. 27.

Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski ( Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, 30 Rock ) and Emmy Award nominee Chris Diamantopoulos ( Good Girls Revolt, Silicon Valley, Episodes ) have been cast in featured roles in FOX's live musical event, A CHRISTMAS STORY LIVE!, airing Sunday, Dec. 17 (7:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Krakowski will play Miss Shields, the teacher of nine-year-old Ralphie Parker ; and Diamantopoulos will portray Ralphie's dad.

Marking the network's largest drama debut in two and a half years since EMPIRE (15.6 million viewers, 1/7/15*), THE ORVILLE posted a +44% lift in multi-platform viewers from Live +Same Day, according to Nielsen.
