On Thursday, January 28, 2016, Aspire Performing Arts Company will present an encore performance of its production of Children of Eden, by musical theater legend Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell).

On January 22 and 23, 2016, Aspire Performing Arts Company will present Children of Eden, by musical theater legend Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Godspell). Children of Eden features children and teens ages 6 through 18 from Wayne and the surrounding areas. 

The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts presents Baseball Swing with the All Star Baseball Jazz Band, co-commissioned and co-produced with the Baseball Music Project and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. With a cast featuring Terron Brooks, Angela Pupello, Terri White, Fred Willard and Adrian Zmed, Baseball Swing, a part of the Jack Elliott Family Concert Series, will have four performances only April 4-6, 2014, in the Bram Goldsmith Theater.

The Burger Palace Boys and the Pink Ladies take you for a joyride back to 1959 in the Cabrillo Music Theatre premiere of the classic rock 'n' roll musical, GREASE. At one time the longest-running Broadway musical in history, GREASE gave birth to two revivals and a beloved movie. Songs include "Summer Lovin'," "We Go Together," "Beauty School Dropout," and "Greased Lightnin'," among many others. Cabrillo audiences will go to the pajama party with Sandy and Rizzo; pile into the trunk and ride to the drive-in movie with Danny, Kenickie and the guys; and dance the "Hand Jive" in the High School Gym. To quote one of Steven Schwartz' most famous songs, it seems like Kritzerland monthy concerts are getting pretty darn 'Popular'. On Monday, February 4, an off night for Kritzerland - Bruce Kimmel wisely did not wish to compete with Super Bowl Sunday on the 3rd - Kritzerland Records presented a jubilant evening of Schwartz music, some tunes lesser known than others, with a stupendous cast including guest stars Karen Morrow and Adrian Zmed at Sterling's Upstairs at the Federal. Other singers included: Kim Huber, Lisa Livesay, Dennis Kyle, Dan Callaway, Chelsea Emma Franko, Jenna Rosen and Sarah and Sami Staitman. Trouper Franko stepped in as a replacement soloist at the eleventh hour. This was perhaps one the most enjoyable Kritzerland evenings, not only because of Schwartz' delightful music, but every single performer gave 150% to the material. It rocked!
