WaterTower Theatre presents Hank Williams: Lost Highway running October 11 - November 3, 2013 on the Main Stage at the Addison Theatre Centre. Joey Folsom stars as Hank Williams. The cast features several WaterTower Theatre favorites including Pam Dougherty as Mama Lilly, Stan Graner as Fred Rose (Pap), Mikaela Krantz as Audrey Williams, Joseph Holt as Leon (Loudmouth) and Sonny Franks as Jimmy (Burrhead). The cast also includes Major Attaway as Tee-Tot, Christia Mantzke as The Waitress, Dave Rankin as Hoss and Dennis Bailey as Shag. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced that submissions for the 13th annual Out of the Loop Fringe Festival will be accepted starting October 14. Submissions must be received no later than November 15. Participants will be notified of their acceptance into the festival by January 3, 2014.

CAMERIMAGE, the International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography, which takes place November 16-23, today revealed the lineup of films screening in six of the festival's competition sections including Polish Films, Cinematographers' Debut, Directors' Debut, Student Etudes, Feature Documentary Films and Short Documentary Films.

Highlights include opening night curtain calls for HONEYMOON IN VEGAS and BIG FISH, as well as promotional pictures of the ONCE Tour and LES MISERABLES in Toronto, and the closing curtain call for A Trip to the Bountiful.

WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin previously announced the directors for the Company's 2013-2014 Main Stage season at the Addison Theatre Centre. Directing the season opener, Hank Williams: Lost Highway (tonight, October 11-November 3, 2013) will be Michael Serrecchia.

Today Berkeley Repertory Theatre announces that legendary performer Mikhail Baryshnikov will return to the Bay Area to star in Man in a Case, adding yet another electrifying show to its 2013-14 season. Man in a Case is based on two of Anton Chekov's 1898 short stories, "Man in a Case" and "About Love." In Big Dance Theater's adaptation, two hunters trade stories both witty and haunting: one about a reclusive man's courtship of a carefree young woman, which forces him to closely examine his own rigid nature; the other about a man who relives the story of lost love. Annie-B Parson and Paul Lazar, the creative masterminds behind the Obie Award-winning Big Dance Theater, bring their signature style of cutting-edge theatre to create a high-tech performance filled with movement, music, and video to illuminate those rare occasions when we're offered life-changing possibilities.Baryshnikov is joined onstage by a stellar cast of four veteran performers from Big Dance Theater including its co-director Paul Lazar, who joins the cast for the Berkeley run.

WaterTower Theatre (WTT) has announced the election of Derek Blount as President of the Board of Directors, serving for a fourth term. WTT also announced the election of a slate of Board Officers including Vice President, Ben Cunningham, Secretary, Katie Myatt, and Treasurer, Jimmy Niemann.
