On October 28, 2010, Oprah will host the cast of the 1965 film version of The Sound of Music. The entire cast will appear on the program, which will feature a performance by the real-life von Trapp Family Singers. . The cast reunion is timed to The Sound of Music 45th Anniversary Limited Edition Collection, Blu-ray and DVD Combo Packs, all which include a version of the film that has been meticulously restored and re-mastered, will be available beginning November 2 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The New York Times is reporting that on October 29, 2010, Oprah will host the cast of the 1965 film version of The Sound of Music. According to the report, the entire cast will appear on the program, which will feature a performance by the real-life von Trapp family singers. Andrews will not perform on the show.

Directing and co-choreographing this reimagining of the recent Broadway production of 9 to 5: The Musical is Jeff Calhoun. Jeff took time out from his busy schedule to talk to us about 9 to 5, his vision for the show, and of course, working with the legendary Dolly Parton.

New Directions performs Britney Spears' most iconic and memorable songs, including 'Toxic,' '...Baby One More Time' and 'Me Against The Music,' and the pop princess herself makes a special cameo appearance on an all-new, sure-to-be-fan-favorite episode of GLEE airing Tuesday, Sept. 28 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Broadway veteran Kristin Chenoweth will be returning as everyone's favorite alcoholic, April Rhodes, for season two of the hit series GLEE. She says,'I'm going back in two weeks to do Glee. I did hear April will be stripping and it made me nervous - made me not want to eat. I'm not going to practice it because I don't think April would know how!'

Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) and Vanity Fair Magazine have launched a cross-platform partnership to promote the network's compelling new drama series, LONE STAR. For the first time ever, Vanity Fair will include a special DVD insert of a network pilot in the magazine. The DVD, featuring the premiere episode of LONE STAR as well as a trailer for the upcoming 20th Century Fox film 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps,' will be included in the October issue. In addition, the full-length premiere will be available to users who purchase and download the October issue through Vanity Fair's iPad app.

According to IMDB News, Zac Efron is looking to land a cameo appearance in GLEE and would love to be a part of the award winning series.

The first single has been released online from the new season of GLEE and features the cast singing 'Empire State of Mind', originally by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys from the premiere episode!
