The sparkles will be flying this spring as the Metropolitan Room hosts its first 'New York's Next Top Drag Queen Contest.' The six-week affair, running five Mondays through May 6 (no show on April 8), will pit eight pre-selected drag queen artists who will be judged not by looks alone but by how well they sing and entertain.
