Sydney Philharmonia Choirs return to the majestic surrounds of Sydney Town Hall for their annual Easter concert, presenting JS Bach's powerful St John Passion, interspersed with re-imaginings from two Australian composers.

Opera's great arias are set to be reimagined through sublime puppetry in Aria! by renowned theatre and puppetry company Black Hole Theatre. Playing at Northcote Town Hall as part of Darebin Arts' Speakeasy program on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 November, arias from Madama Butterfly, Lakme, Faust and more will be retold through beautiful marionettes, Japanese puppet theatre bunraku and shadow puppetry.

A New Musical by Bruce Hornsby officially opened at The Wells Theatre on Friday, January 21. This world premiere production features music and lyrics by Williamsburg native and Grammy Winner Bruce Hornsby, lyrics by Chip deMatteo and book by Clay McLeod Chapman. The show is based on an original story by Bruce Hornsby.
