BIO
Joe Bernstein is a creative producer, facilitator and theatre-maker based in South London. He works with professional actors and venues as well as facilitating workshops with young people and underserved communities. His credits include producing two sold out events at Theatre Peckham, Fire With Fire and Cold At Bay. He has also partnered with Southwark Wellbeing Hub to run The Grown Up Workshops: a series of theatre workshops working with local community members and service users passing on directing, writing and acting skills. He has directed a short film commissioned by Mind in Croydon and produced plays that have featured in the Dulwich Festival and Peckham Fringe. His most recent production, ‘Hello My Name Is…’ at the Canada Water Theatre, received two four star reviews.
