New Orleans comes to Marble Arch via this energetic revival of Clarke Peters' 1990 tribute to 'The King of the Jukebox', swing and blues bandleader Louis Jordan. Occupying a new pop-up, circus tent-style venue complete with stylish bar serving Southern cocktails it's a welcome blast of jazz-hot fun as autumn draws in.

The musical theater classic, The Wiz, the iconic African-American re-telling of The Wizard Of Oz made famous by Motown Productions' cult movie starring Diana Ross as Dorothy, Michael Jackson as The Scarecrow and Richard Pryor as The Wiz, will be revived in a new production that will tour Birmingham and Leeds this summer. In Birmingham, the production will The New Alexandria Theatre from Friday, 10 Jun 2011 through Saturday 18 Jun 2011. From there, the production will play Leeds at the West Yorkshire Playhouse from June 24 through July 16.

The award-winning musical Five Guys Named Moe will extend for a week due to phenomenal demand at the Theatre Royal Stratford East. Five Guys Named Moe is directed by Paulette Randall and stars The Wire's Clarke Peters as Nomax. With choreography by original cast member and Olivier nominee Paul J Medford.
