EXPO CHICAGO, the international exposition of contemporary & modern art, today announced the list of exhibitors for the tenth anniversary edition, April 13-16, 2023 at Navy Pier's Festival Hall (600 E. Grand Ave). Following the successful in-person return in 2022, EXPO CHICAGO's 10th anniversary edition will welcome more than 170 leading galleries representing 36 countries and 90 cities from around the world.

Intersect Art and Design has announced the appointment of Becca Hoffman as Managing Director. Hoffman will oversee the three art fairs in Intersect's portfolio: Art Aspen, SOFA Chicago, and Art Palm Springs.

Adding to its prestigious collection of American ceramic works, Executive Director Max Barton announced today that the Canton Museum of Art (CMA) has acquired an exquisite ceramic sculpture by internationally renowned artist Viola Frey. “Untitled Pot Bellied Fireman,” named for the prominent fireman figure in the bricolage, was purchased by the Museum earlier this month after it was made available through the Nancy Hoffman Gallery in New York. The new piece is currently on display in the CMA lobby.

New York City–Art Miami New York, a new modern and contemporary art fair produced by the ownership team of Art Miami, will take place at Pier 94 from May 14 through May 17 during Frieze Week and Spring Auctions. The second edition of Art Wynwood, the Wynwood Art District's highly anticipated international contemporary art fair hosted by Art Miami LLC, closed its doors Monday, Feb. 18, following sales by more than 90 percent of participating galleries and more than 27,500 visitors - an increase of more than 4,000 from last year's inaugural fair. Once again the five-day fair was held during President's Day Weekend coinciding with the Yacht & Brokerage Show. Art Wynwood, Miami's international contemporary art fair during President's Day Weekend brought a crowd of 6,200 into the Wynwood Arts District - 1,100 more guests than last year. The VIP Preview honored the late Tony Goldman, a major force in the development of the Wynwood Arts District and the inaugural edition of Art Wynwood.
