KARYN OVERSTREET made her Broadway debut in the 10th Anniversary Production of Les Miserables. She was performed leading roles on The National Tours of JEKYLL & HYDE (Lucy/Emma understudy), BARRY MANILOW'S COPACABANA (Lola/Gladys Understudy), as well as leading and supporting roles in regional theatres across the United States including ANNIE at Papermill Playhouse, THE GRINCH THAT STOLE CHRISTMAS at The Old Globe Theatre, CINDERELLA at Northshore Music Theatre, and Eva Peron in EVITA at Theatre By The Sea. In New York, Karyn has appeared in concerts Off-Broadway in A TREE GROWS IN BROOKLYN, A NEW MOON, and STRIKE UP THE BAND with City Center’s Encore Series and TIP-TOES at Carnegie Hall. Television audiences will recognize Karyn as the host on New York's Metro Guide Channel THE RED HEAD REVEIW reporting on new Broadway & Off Broadway shows on the scene and performed on PBS GREAT PERFORMANCES,THE ROGERS & HART STORY. Karyn's San Diego roots brought her back to perform in San Diego's longest running musical MIXTAPE. You can hear Karyn’s voice on the cast albums of Tip-Toes, Strike Up The Band, Red Head and radio spots.
