Since 1988, Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre has provided South Florida with exemplary regional theatre and developed local performers that have moved onto the stages of Broadway.

New Musical HAVANA MUSIC HALL Will Make Its World Premiere In Miami


Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre will present the world premiere of the new musical Havana Music Hall, this fall in Miami, Florida. This new show centers around the lives of Havana Music Hall's best-known musicians who are just about to get their big break before Fidel Castro seizes power. Havana Music Hall will play Actors' Playhouse October 10-November 18, 2018.

NEXT GENERATION Concert Announced At Potter Violins


Under the direction of National Philharmonic Concertmaster Colin Sorgi, the National Philharmonic Chamber Players perform the works of Schubert and Mendelssohn on April 22 at 3pm at the John Kendall Recital Hall, Potter Violins in Takoma Park, MD. Entitled "Next Generation," the concert showcases gifted students from the Philharmonic's Summer String Institutes performing the Mendelssohn Octet in E-flat Major alongside members of the Philharmonic Chamber Players. The concert also features Schubert's String Quartet in C Major. Potter's intimate hall seats only 90, allowing concert goers to experience chamber music as it was originally intended, up close and personal. Pontine Theatre to Present A TRAVELING TOY THEATRE FESTIVAL, Today


Today 8 September at 7pm, Pontine Theatre presents A TRAVELING TOY THEATRE FESTIVAL at it's West End Studio Theatre. Three countries meet on one small stage: Trudi Cohen and John Bell, members of the NYC-based collective Great Small Works, team up with Facto Teatro from Mexico City and Barbara Steinitz from Berlin to share a program of Toy Theater in venues across New England. Tickets are $18 and may be purchased in advance online at www.pontine.org. Tickets may also be purchased at the door a half-hour prior to the performance, based on availability. Pontine's West End Studio Theatre (WEST) is located at 959 Islington Street in Portsmouth NH. Tickets for these family-friendly performances are $12.
