Walter Cohen, D.D.S., of Philadelphia, PA, began his tenure as chairman of the Board immediately following the Annual Meeting. Salvatore M. DeBunda, shareholder and co-managing partner of Archer & Greiner, P.C., of Blue Bell, PA, was also nominated as vice chairman of the Board.
