For some, especially in music, teaching isn’t just a profession. It’s a calling.  Count among that group violinist Jessica Lee.  On Monday, CIM announced that Lee will leave The Cleveland Orchestra to assume an expanded and full-time leadership role as chair of its violin department.

Virginia Lee “Gigi” Fischer co-founder of Hilly Country Community Theatre, Gigi Fischer, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2020.  She was 91.

Noir starlet Virginia Lee played the pivotal role of Jeannie in the infamous bar scene in the 1950 film noir classic, D.O.A. She was never credited for her pivotal role in the film.
