Raven Theatre will continue its 2019-20 season with a revival of Henrik Ibsen's masterpiece A DOLL'S HOUSE, in a vibrant and progressive new adaptation making its Chicago premiere. Directed by Lauren Shouse, the new work features translation by Anne-Charlotte Hanes Harvey and adaptation by Hanes Harvey and Kirsten Brandt. A DOLL'S HOUSE will play February 6 - March 22, 2020 on Raven's 85-seat East Stage, 6157 N. Clark St. (at Granville) in Chicago. The Trial of Moses Fleetwood Walker, written by Ervin Gardner, is produced and directed by Jackie Taylor with music composed by Taylor, and music director & arranger Robert Reddrick, at the Black Ensemble Theater Cultural Center, 4450 N. Black Ensemble Theater Founder and CEO Jackie Taylor presents the World Premiere non-singing musical drama The Trial of Moses Fleetwood Walker, written by Ervin Gardner, produced and directed by Jackie Taylor and featuring live musicians and 22 actors. The Trial of Moses Fleetwood Walker will be presented at the Black Ensemble Theater Cultural Center, 4450 N. Clark Street in Chicago, February 7 - March 15, 2015. Seattle native Terry Gallagher performs 'From Convent To Cabaret', a one-woman cabaret style concert at a 2 PMmatinee on Sunday, May 25th at Arthur Newman Theater in The Joslyn Center in Palm Desert. Ms. Gallagher recently purchased a home here at Mission Hills Country Club and is happy to take on dual-residency and to share what the folks back home have long-known about her, the woman can sing!
