Theater professionals from across Michigan will gather Aug. 28 when The 2017 Wilde Awards are presented at The Berman Center for the Performing Arts in the Detroit suburb of West Bloomfield.

Award-winning actor, former lead singer for The Impressions, Reginald Torian Sr. and the Mayfield All-Stars Orchestra, under the musical direction of Syd Brown, will be the closing act on Sunday, July 12th, in a 'Tribute to Curtis Mayfield' on the Bud Light Stage at 6:30 pm. as part of Taste of Chicago.
