Acclaimed film, television and stage actor Mark Feuerstein (Royal Pains) is signing on as a recurring guest star in six episodes of NURSE JACKIE, the original Showtime comedy series starring Edie Falco as a flawed emergency room nurse. Feuerstein will play Barry Wolfe, a high-powered, cutthroat lawyer who will represent Jackie as she pieces her life back together following her arrest last season. He joins recently announced recurring guest star Tony Shalhoub in the series' seventh and final season, which is currently in production in New York.
Deadline reports that Nurse Jackie's Ruby Jerins been cast in LOUDER THAN BOMBS under the direction of Norwegian Joachim Trier. She joins Gabriel Byrne, Jesse Eisenberg, and Devin Makenzie Druid in this film about a father and his two sons three years after their wife and mother had died.
Deadline writes that Brian d'Arcy James has joined the cast of Open Road's SPOTLIGHT, directed by Tom McCarthy. James will star alongside Mark Ruffalo, Michael Keaton, Aaron Eckhart, Liev Schreiber, Rachel McAdams and Stanley Tucci in the film, which centers on the Boston Globe's real-life investigation into pedophile priests in the Catholic Church.
