Offering Spanish language theatre embodies the organization's commitment to producing compelling stories and presenting extraordinary work from Latino writers.

LA CELESTINA, a fresh adaptation by Raquel Carrio from the classic Spanish Golden Age novel by Fernando de Rojas, is presented by Milagro Theatre, now through March 2, 2013. Directed and choreographed by Christy Drogosch, the show is presented in Spanish with easy-to-follow supertitles in English. Every fall, the dead are commemorated in a lively show of dance, music and theatre in Portland's longest-running Day of the Dead celebration.

The Miracle Theater presents ENTRE VILLA Y UNA MUJER DESNUDA, (Between Pancho Villa and a Naked Woman): a very sexy comedy written by Sabina Berman, directed by guest artist Juan Carlos Vives. The show is sponsored by the Consulate of Mexico in Portland.
