Natalia is very proud to be the daughter of immigrants, a Mexican mother and Spanish father, who thanks to them, taught her Spanish and to have a global view on life. She was born in Mountain View , California and has lived in numerous different states and countries since. She began acting when she was five years old in her schools yearly Christmas plays. Her interest in theatre grew, and she went on to study acting in high school, college, The Gaeity School of Acting, The Abbey School of Music and Drama and finally, the William Esper Studio in New York City. At the Esper Studio Natalia trained under Senior Professor, Suzanne Esper, for acting, and under Nancy Mayans and Patricia Fletcher for voice and speech among other excellent teachers. Since living in NYC she has performed in Off Broadway and Off Off Broadway theatres such as The Davenport Theatre, Gene Frankel Theatre, Paradise Factory, The Sheen Center, Roy Arias Theatre, Under St. Marks, The Secret Theatre and The Producers Club. Regarding comedy, most notably, in 2015 Natalia won 3rd place in the NBC/UCBT Diversity Scholarship Showcase where in she performed seven original characters in seven minutes. In 2011 Natalia began her studies at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre NY where she studied up to Advanced Improv and Advanced Sketch under many excellent teachers, her favorite being Anthony Atamanuik. Since then her web series "The Sofa Bed Whisperer" received a three month run in the summer of 2017 at the UCBT's Channel 101 and was nominated for "Best Female Performance", "Best Writing", "Best Directing" and "Best On Screen Duo". Natalia enjoyed a one month run in "Orphan Action League" at the Annoyance Theatre and in an advice video for ?Teen Vogue?. Natalia and Andrew Costa created the NPR Fresh Air talk show parody, "Cultural Icons with Elliot & Ondine" that ran for two years, and Natalia also organized and performed in comedy shows for charity at Planet Connections Theatre Festivities in 2013 and 2014. THE RARE BIOSPHERE will play a 21 performance limited engagement at Calvary St. George's (61 Gramercy Park North, NY, NY 10010).
