The Board of Trustees of La Jolla Playhouse today announced that Managing Director Michael S. Rosenberg has accepted an appointment as the Managing Director of New Jersey's McCarter Theatre Center. Rosenberg will remain at the Playhouse until May 1.

The La Jolla Playhouse celebrated their 60th anniversary, as well as a tribute to Director Emeritus Des McAnuff, on December 8 with a very special 'Diamonds Are Forever' gala and reception.

Ralph Bryan, President of the Board of Directors of La Jolla Playhouse, announced today that Christopher Ashley has accepted the position as Artistic Director of La Jolla Playhouse.
