CreateTheater will be presenting 6 performances of Finding Madame Curie, a new musical by David Kurkowski, April 14-23 at Theatre Row's Theater Four, 410 W. 42nd St., NY, NY. Finding Madame Curie will be directed by Staś Kmieć (Fiddler on the Roof) and features Kerry Conte as Madame Curie.

Cabernet Cabaret's production of TOO DARN HOT is a sizzling success. This carefully crafted evening of musical theatre sets the standard for other theatrical special events in the area.

Director Sarah Gay has deftly manipulated this show so that it works very well in the intimate theater out in Lakeway, and she has crafted a bright, entertaining piece that is full of fun and embraces a sense of stubborn nostalgia for small town Texas.

The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas is a political satire full of flirty fun and gusto. Based on a true story, the show recounts the heyday and demise of the infamous "Chicken Ranch."

Sam Bass Theatre presents THE CRUCIBLE by Arthur Miller, a re-imagining of a classic directed by Olin Meadows, October 27-October 31, playing Thursdays - Monday at 8:00pm at Sam Bass Theatre.

ARSENIC AND OLD LACE by American playwright Joseph Kesselring, is a classic staple for modern Theatre enthusiasts. Taking into account the context of the political humor and dark comedy, it is hard to believe this show was first brought to the stage in 1941. A New York Times review of it's opening night stated the play was, 'so funny that none of us will ever forget it.' Best known for it's film of the same decade, this adaptation stars Cary Grant and is directed by the celebrated Frank Capra. After hitting the big screen, this dark comedic farce has been brought to a much wider audience and became a local theatre favorite.

DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, currently playing at Georgetown's Palace Theatre exhibits some truly wonderful performances from many of the actors, unfortunately it is the technical aspects of the show that are less than stellar.
