The Margeson Theater will transform into a hilarious, interactive courtroom as Hamlet's uncle, Claudius, is put on trial for the murder of King Amleth. See actors from Orlando Shakes' productions of Hamlet and Gertrude and Claudius take the meaning of live theater to a whole new level in an over-the-top, rollicking trial amidst a panel of celebrity judges. Orlando Shakespeare Theater (Orlando Shakes) in Partnership with UCF will hold its 9th Annual John R. Hamilton Mock Trial on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the John and Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Center. This year's trial will be the Senate Confirmation Hearing of Ferdinand, the King of Navarre (from Love's Labour's Lost) for the post of Secretary of Labour. The Margeson Theater will transform into an interactive courtroom as actors from the show improv their way through the trial amidst a panel of celebrity judges.
