The Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival (perry-mansfield.org/events/3/new-works-festival) now in its 18th year, brings performing arts professionals together in the Rocky Mountains to continue Perry-Mansfield's founding principle of nurturing new talent through new work. This year's festival, taking place this weekend, June 12-13 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, will feature new works from some of America's most prestigious theater companies: Atlantic Theater Company, Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theatre Company, Primary Stages, andSouth Coast Repertory. The companies will showcase four different new works in partnership with Perry-Mansfield.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today that Johnny O'Callaghan's WHO'S YOUR DADDY? must close this Sunday, May 26. The production had previously been set to close earlier this month.

The Drama League (Executive Director, Gabriel Shanks) has announced the 2013 Drama League Awards Nominees for Distinguished Play, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and Distinguished Performance Award. Manhattan Theatre Club's world premiere of The Madrid, the new play by Liz Flahive, directed by Leigh Silverman began previews February 5 at 7 PM at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street) in preparation for a Tuesday, February 26 opening night. Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Damian Arnold, has announced casting for the Broadway premiere of Marc Camoletti's classic farce Don't Dress For Dinner, starring Ben Daniels as "Robert," Melora Hardin as "Jacqueline," Adam James as "Bernard" and Jennifer Tilly as "Suzanne" with Spencer Kayden as "Suzette." Don't Dress For Dinner is adapted by Robin Hawdon and directed by John Tillinger.

'The Art of Cabaret' scholarship fund benefit concert will be hosted by Andrea Marcovicci and Karen Mason, and will feature performances by Barry Kleinbort and Terri Ralston (Perry-Mansfield master teachers), and musical directors Christopher Denny, Shelly Markham, and David Gaines.
