Breaking Glass Throws a Killer Party with New Slasher RAVE PARTY MASSACRE


Breaking Glass Pictures has acquired North American rights to writer/director Jason Winn's slaughter fest RAVE PARTY MASSACRE a blood-soaked slasher drenched in drug-induced delirium. Breaking Glass acquired rights to the film in December in a deal negotiated between Breaking Glass CEO Rich Wolff and Maggie Hickman of DeadThirsty Movie, LLC.

Watershed Public Theatre's A VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS CAROL Returns to Columbia State


Watershed Public Theatre announces the return of A Victorian Christmas Carol with Charles Dickens to Columbia State Community College's Ledbetter Auditorium for a limited run December 14-17. Their adaptation, a storyteller version of A Christmas Carol as narrated by Charles Dickens, offers a fresh look and musical twist to the classic holiday play.

Nashville Children's Theatre's new season opens with HOLES on 9/20


Nashville Children's Theatre (NCT) presents the stage adaptation of Louis Sachar's Holes, opening on Tuesday, September 20 and running through October 16. Based on the popular novel by Louis Sachar, who also wrote the script, Holes tells the tale of young Stanley Yelnats who is sentenced (despite his innocence) to the wasteland of Camp Green Lake. He and his fellow juvenile detainees are forced to dig holes in the hot desert sun day after day after day by the Warden. What is she looking for? And how is the mystery connected to Stanley's 'no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather' and a long-dead outlaw named Kissing Kate Barlow?

STAGE TUBE: First Night Nashville promo released


First Night: The Honors Gala is set for Sunday, September 4, at the Troutt Theatre at Belmont University, which kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with the Red Carpet Event, hosted by Jennifer Richmond and Trey Palmer, with fashion commentary by Cary Street, Joshua Waldrep and Lisa Garner Harrison. Impresario Johnny Delarocco (aka John Pyka) will produce a special Red Carpet performance by his company just for First Night.
