Austen Parent

Austen Parent (they/them) is a New York–based stage manager, director, and recent graduate of The New School’s BFA program in Dramatic Arts. Their recent credits include Mama Piranha (PSM, JACK), Interstate (ASM, Dixon Place), As You Like It (ASM, The New School), Orestes (AD, The New School), and These Shining Lives (Director/Dramaturg, The New School). Austen is interested in research-driven storytelling and supporting new theatrical work as well as reimagined classics that challenge traditional narratives.
