On Tuesday night, the red carpet was rolled out at Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre as Mirvish Productions presented the opening of The Rascals: Once Upon a Dream. The show is produced and directed by Steven Van Zandt and features all four original band members. The show sold out on Broadway, and is being dubbed as a mix between a dance party and a jukebox musical in the style of 'Jersey Boys'.
Steven Van Zandt and his wife Maureen were on hand for the Toronto opening, as were many other stars from Toronto's theatre and music scenes. BWW is thrilled to bring readers photos from the red carpet and the opening night after party.
