Desert Theatricals returns with the City of Rancho Mirage to the beautiful amphitheatre with Fall and Spring Events, Youth Theatre, the Christmas Show and Broadway Musicals under the stars as only can be expected in Rancho Mirage!
FREE Fall Events include "HONORING OUR RANCHO MIRAGE VETERANS" complete with a good old fashioned USO show that Bob Hope would be envious of and the return of "JAZZ UNDER THE STARS" with Wayward Five from Los Angeles. Following these events, it's the Youth Production of "ELF, Jr." sponsored by the RM Library & Observatory Foundation featuring the best in youth theatre with a cast of young actors from all over the Coachella Valley. Usher in the holidays with "HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS" reliving the classic television holiday shows you loved - full of song, dance and dazzling costumes - a feast for the eyes!
After the holidays sit back and relax or dance the evening away with "LEGENDS OF SWING" featuring the hottest swing band in LA with all the classics you love to dance to. Following that its "BRITAINS FINEST" - the finest Beatles Tribute around!

About Desert Theatricals:
DESERT THEATRICALS was originally founded in 1994 in Vista's Avo Playhouse. They provided seven seasons at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts in San Diego County. From there, they created and produced 13 seasons of Tustin's Broadway in the Park and two years of Tustin Light Opera, before returning to San Diego. In 2017, producers Ray Limon and Joshua Carr relocated to the Coachella Valley and have been bringing Broadway Under the Stars and amazing professional events to the amphitheatre with the City of Rancho Mirage as producing partner.
