Get set for a night of music, grit, and hometown pride as Blue Hazel and The Detention Club take the stage for a one-night-only performance — a meaningful return for the musicians who trace their roots through the Bancroft area.

The evening opens with the harmony-rich sound of Blue Hazel— Caitlin O’Connor, Rico Browne, and Meisha Browne — blending warm vocals with the kind of chemistry only years of singing together could create.
From there, audiences can settle in (or hang on to your seat) as The Detention Club, led by powerhouse vocalist and small-town storyteller Caitlin, brings its high-energy, genre-blurring sound to the Playhouse. Rhythm-heavy, vocally rich, and rooted in serious musical chops, the band draws from retro rock, folk grit, and bluesy-kitchen-party chaos. The set will feature favourite covers alongside the group’s newest original songs, delivered with a whole lot of hometown heart. And with special guest Scott Stewart joining the lineup, expect an extra hit of local flavour onstage.
