Omaha Performing Arts announces an exciting addition to its 2018-2019 season. Bill Murray, Jan Vogler & Friends will bring their New Worlds tour to the Holland Performing Arts Center Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Tickets to this performance and five more exciting performances go on sale at 10:00 AM Friday, July 13 at TicketOmaha.com, the Ticket Omaha* Box Office inside the Holland Performing Arts Center, 1200 Douglas Street or by phone at (402) 345-0606.

New Worlds is a fascinating encounter between great music and literature featuring two masters of their craft, actor Bill Murray and cellist Jan Vogler. The program showcases American values in both art forms and how American writers, actors and musicians have built bridges between America and Europe. New Worlds premiered in June 2017 at Germany's Dresden Festival and at the Napa Valley Festival in July 2017. The performance has been celebrated around the world.

The charm, energy and creative force of New Worlds comes from some of the strongest voices that influenced generations in America - Twain, Hemingway, Whitman, Cooper, Bernstein, Gershwin and Foster. Tickets start at $49.

New Worlds is among the early 2018-2019 Omaha Performing Arts performances to go on sale. It joins the following shows, also on sale Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
