The Omaha Community Playhouse (OCP) will present Hairspray May 25-June 24, 2012.
“You Can’t Stop the Beat” of this Tony Award®-winning musical! This flashback to the 1960s is full of musical dance numbers that will have you boogying all night long! Hairspray is a light-hearted musical that redefines beauty, as a big girl with bigger aspirations becomes the newest local TV star. This larger-than-life musical will leave you hungry for more.

The show runs May 25-June 24, 2012; Wednesday–Saturday, 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, 2 p.m., at the Omaha Community Playhouse, Howard and Rhonda Hawks Mainstage Theatre, located at 6915 Cass Street, Omaha, NE 68132
Tickets: At the OCP Box Office, by calling (402) 553-0800 or online at www.OmahaPlayhouse.org or www.TicketOmaha.com. Single tickets are $40 for adults, $24 for students. Group tickets are $29 for adults, $18 for students. On Wednesday, May 30, tickets will be $10 at the Box Office after 4 p.m. for that evening’s performance (cash or check only).
