A benefit performance for Ripple Effect Artists, featuring cabaret singer/vocalist and Broadway World nominee (2015) Sandra Bargman with a special performance by renowned dancer Katherine Crockett, (Queen of the Night; former Principal Dancer, Martha Graham Dance Company). The Edge of Everyday is a modern mash-up of cabaret, ritual, and performance art that explores the tension between paradoxes of life: our fear of change and ultimately, our acceptance of these dichotomies with poignancy and comedy. With music ranging from David Bowie and Eric Clapton to Georgia Stitt and David Cantor, the show is a rowdy ride! Showtime 8PM. Proceeds benefit theatre company Ripple Effect Artists to remount its production of SHE HAS A NAME (SHAN), the critically-acclaimed play by Andrew Kooman about the pandemic of sex trafficking for a full run later this summer. Ripple Effect Artists is an actor’s equity 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that moves audiences from apathy to action through art, creating a Ripple Effect.
